Your doctor is your first source for information about your treatment. But if you have any questions about your pump - especially nights and weekends or if your doctor's office is closed - call the InfuCare hotline at 1-800-315-3287.

The InfuCare hotline is available to all patients who are using a pump supplied by InfuSystem. Our staff of oncology certified OCN® registered nurses is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year to answer your pump-related questions. We support over 150 languages, plus hearing impaired.

After-hours, an answering service will take your call and an InfuSystem nurse will return your call promptly - usually within 15 minutes.

You should know that your pump has an ‘alarm' built into it that is there to notify you if the pump senses anything out of the ordinary. It's a safety feature and most of the time, there's no real problem at all. But you should ALWAYS call us if your pump does alarm. Most of the time, we can answer your questions and solve any problems you might be having in fewer than 15 minutes.
