The InfuCare hotline is available to all patients who are using a pump supplied by InfuSystem. Our staff of oncology certified OCN® registered nurses is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year to answer patients' pump-related questions.

Our nursing services provide patients with around the clock access to a knowledgeable, compassionate, expert on pump-related issues.   We resolve the vast majority of patient inquiries in fewer than 15 minutes.  Many times we're able to help patients avoid a stressful, expensive and otherwise clinically unnecessary trip to the emergency room.
